Workers Compensation

The law in NSW allows you to be compensated if you sustained an injury while at work or during the course of work and it can be proven that work was a substantial contributing factor to that injury.

• Lump sum compensation if you have suffered a permanent injury and your whole person impairment exceeds the threshold as required by the law.
